The name "eumetron" comes from the ancient Greek and means "the good measure".
Klaus Banzhaf and Theo Hageney founded the eumetron GmbH in 2005 in Aalen, Baden-Württemberg (Germany). Together, the founders offer over a decade of experience in the field of dimensional metrology with a focus on coordinate measuring metrology.
Driven by a dynamic team of over 40 motivated employees, as well as consistant new ideas and developments, we have in recent years advanced to the top of the world for calibrations of reference standards and reference workpieces with the smallest uncertainties.
We also incorporate our expert knowledge and many years of experience into national standards committees.
