Users of measuring instruments

As a user of measuring instruments, you are responsible for the accuracy of your measurement results. To ensure the accuracy of your measurement results, you must carry out regular interim checks on your CMM, as collisions or changes in the ambient conditions can affect the accuracy of the measuring instruments. For interim checks, test specimens or standards such as step gauge blocks, ball beams, parallel gauge blocks, ball plates, etc. are used. eumetron can procure and calibrate these standards for you. We also calibrate the calibration standards (ball, ring, mandrel) of your CMM with the smallest measurement uncertainties.

With the innovative software package "CMM Monitoring Tool" for standard-compliant monitoring according to ISO10360, we offer you a complete package for monitoring your CMM.

If you carry out MSA analyses or determine the suitability of the test process according to VDA5, you will need calibrated standards or workpieces. We can calibrate the required test characteristics on your reference workpieces (as a DAkkS accredited calibration).
