Service provider for measuring instruments

What we can do for you as a service provider for measuring instruments

Test specimens and standards
eumetron offers the smallest measurement uncertainties for the calibration of standards, which are used for the on-site calibration of measuring instruments at customers' premises. Calibration with the smallest measurement uncertainties reduces the test uncertainty to be deducted and thus makes it easier to bring the measuring instruments into the manufacturer's specifications (MPE trumpet).

DAkkS calibrations
In order to achieve even smaller measurement uncertainties in length calibration, eumetron is also accredited for CTE calibration (CTE = Coefficient of Thermal Expansion). The more precisely the CTE is known, the smaller the measurement uncertainty of the length calibration and the service technician can calculate the measured values back to the reference temperature of 20 degrees much more accurately on site at the customer's location.

software
We also offer a complete solution for monitoring and error detection of coordinate measuring machines with the CMM Monitoring Tool software. With a software solution, a complete error detection can be carried out on site at the customer's premises and a calibration certificate can be generated for the coordinate measuring machine at the same time.
